Stand on My Shoulders and Tell Me What You See

Hillary Clinton and Her Credibility Problem

When you vote to authorize going to war, and then criticize the person who requested the vote for taking you up on your authorization…you have a credibility problem.

When you say that special interests in Washington are the problem, but take more money from special interests than anyone…you have a credibility problem.

When you agree that since Florida and Michigan broke party rules and that their vote won’t count, and then you threaten to sue to count their vote after you win uncontested…you have a credibility problem.

When you know the rules of the caucus process and in many cases your husband helped to set them up, and then complain that they are unfair after losing 11 of 12 caucuses…you have a credibility problem.

When your campaign manager and your husband helps to set up the Texas voting process, and then you complain that they aren’t somehow fair…you have a credibility problem.

When your husband takes a $100 million donation from a shady businessman after you sell out to a dictator to get him the business, and then try to hide where you get your money from Democratic voters…you have a credibility problem.

When you lose 24 of 36 contests including 12 in a row, and it is mathematically impossible for you catch up in pledged delegates, but say that one win means that your opponent can’t close…you have a credibility problem.

There’s a reason people don’t like Hillary Clinton and never have. It has nothing to do with her gender, race, or her husband. Hillary Clinton has a credibility problem.

  2. Wasn’t Hillary the only First Lady to have been called to testify before a grand jury? Does all that experience she talks about include all the corruption and graft of her husband’s White House years? And what about all those years when she sat on the board at Wal Mart and helped destroy small towns and factories across the country? And of course don’t forget that she voted to authorize the Iraq War even though she hadn’t read the 90 page intelligence report? Is this the experience that she is saying makes her the best candidate to be President? She is simply delusional and dangerous.

  3. Inaddition to voting to attack Iraq, Hillary voted against 3 amendments to curb Bush’s juggernaut to war.

    One amendment submitted by Dick Durbin (D-Il) would have compelled Bush to demonstrate “imminent threat” prior to invading Iraq. Levin’s amendment called for UN approval before force could be used, but it also reinforced America’s right to defend itself if the UN voted against it.

    Therein nothing in that bill would have impeded the US whatsoever. Yet Hillary determined that it made the president “subordinate” to the UN.

    Although the amendments were defeated she had 3 chances to slow Bush’s rush to war, but chose not to!

    Hillary said she regretted the AUMF [Iraq] vote, but still maintains Bush is to blame does little to inspire confidence in her “leadership” or competence. Is this someone we can trust to conduct the affairs of the nation? Making excuses, shifting blame does not cut it.

    Unwilling to read the NIE, but willing to ignore contradicting information leaves the distinct impression that Hillary will be a Bush-lite.

    [McCain = Bush on steroids].

    Now if Hillary can find someone to blame for making her vote for an eerily similar Kyl-Lieberman bill wrt Iran and keep her 3 votes against those amendments underwraps no one will be the wiser.

  4. Thanks to everyone for the posts! I am HONESTLY so happy that so many people see through the Clinton farce! After the media spin on Ohio and Texas and the pre planned confetti I have to admit I was pissed off and bewildered. Now I know from all the blogs and the world press (not our controlled press which might as well be state run like a dictatorship for the Republic of Corporate America, such as Time-Warner and the Clinton News Network aka CNN) that Ohio was won on a double LIE AS IT WAS CLINTON WHO CONTACTED CANADA ON NAFTA and TEXAS IS REALLY A WIN FOR OBAMA!!! There is a reason why O is getting so much money and people made two million calls! Only Keith Olbermann talked about the NAFTA truth and first read by Chuck Todd at MSNBC! I pray Hillary gets back to her 33% zealots with selective memory and O wins the rest of the elections!!!!
